Rumours have swept the tanker market for the past 10 days that Overseas Shipholding Group (OSG) has managed to find a buyer for its international fleet.
But standing up that talk has proven to be a much more elusive task, with some sceptics suggesting there may be more smoke than fire around a rumour that is rippling through the tanker market.
