That was the word from both financial and bulker market sources this week, as others are reported to be consulting banks on raises to come after the Easter holiday.
Those fund-raisers could take the form of a standard equity issue as performed by Scorpio Bulkers or some hybrid variant involving preferred or convertible shares, say the sources.
