TradeWinds understands fresh offers were received last month on BP’s Trader-class, 138,208-cbm British Trader (built 2002), British Innovator and British Merchant (both built 2003), which were first circulated on a three-year sale and bareboat leaseback basis to BP in September.

These come on top of the initial interest shown by at least six parties in the 12 to 13-year-old ships when they first emerged on the market.
