Hornbeck Offshore Services (HOS) has put forward a gloomy view of the prospects for the offshore vessel market, predicting there is more decline ahead before a recovery can take hold.
Chief executive Todd Hornbeck says the company’s outlook calls for a “lower for longer” downturn, although he emphasises his New York-listed company has the balance sheet and the fleet to survive.
