Island Offshore has reportedly laid up another platform supply ship (PSV) as North Sea spot rates headed downwards again.

Broker Westshore said the 4,100-dwt Island Commander (built 2009) was stacked in Ulsteinvik on 28 November.

It is the sixty-fifth North Sea PSV to be laid up and offshore number 97 in total. The last reported fixture for the ship was in August.
